To apply a promo or discount code:

• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the ['Discount Code'] field.

• Click ['Apply'] to see your new total before finalizing your order.

• Only one code can be used per order.

If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not exchange online orders. Here's how to make a return:


Return your item using the return label included in your box. If you don't have this label, contact us via the contact tab and we'll send you one electronically.

Please note that a return fee of $10 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Don't forget to include your invoice in the box, as well as all packaging contents and labels.

You can then wait for your refund, or order the item you want as soon as you like. An exchange is only possible if the customer comes to the store in person.
